Everything on this site is for information. It is not an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise of any specification, price or launch date. Details may change, and parts of the product are deliberately not disclosed yet.

Submitting your email signs you up for launch updates only. It does not reserve a product, create a purchase order, or place you in a queue with any legal priority. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Fold & Co name, logo, text, layout and graphics on this site belong to Fold & Co AB. You may not copy, reuse or redistribute them without our written permission, apart from normal private viewing and linking to the site.

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, Fold & Co AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We link to a small number of external services, such as our survey and our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by the Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance.
