Your email address, when you submit it in the signup form on this site. We also record the time you gave consent and the time of the signup.

Analytics data is collected only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. No analytics provider is active at the moment, so accepting currently loads nothing. If we add one, it will be a privacy friendly provider and this policy will be updated first.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment details or tracking profiles.

We use your email address for one purpose only: to tell you about the launch of our first product and related updates. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You give it by ticking the consent box in the signup form. Analytics, if ever enabled, also relies on your consent.

We keep your email address until the launch programme ends or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If you withdraw consent, we delete your address without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased.
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past lawful processing.

To use any of these rights, email Viggo@foldnco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

We use service providers to run this website and store signups. They process data on our instructions only, under data processing agreements:

• Our website and database hosting provider, for storing signups.
• Tally, if you choose to answer the optional survey linked on the home page.

Where data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email Viggo@foldnco.com with the word "unsubscribe" and we will remove your address.

Signups are stored in an access controlled database. The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the signup list is limited to people at Fold & Co AB who need it.
